What happens after I submit the booking form?
The Zoom Viza team reviews the information you submitted and contacts you using your preferred method to confirm the consultation date, time and next steps.
Is my selected time automatically confirmed?
No. The date and time on the form are your preferred slot. The consultation is confirmed only when the team contacts you.
What if I am not sure which visa route I need?
Tick the “Need Help Choosing?” option. Your circumstances and intended journey can then be discussed during the consultation.
Can I change the visa route I selected?
Yes. The route selected on the form is an initial indication of what you want to discuss and can be reviewed during the consultation.
